Do I pay anything before I see my site?
No. You see a free demo right away, and when we build your real site you review it first. You approve it before you pay. If it's not for you, you owe nothing and it comes down.
What does "starts at $1,500" mean?
Most custom small-business sites start at $1,500. Bigger builds, like online stores, booking systems, listings, or customer and database systems, are quoted up front based on what you need, and you'll know the price before you decide.
What's included in the first month?
A full month of everything: we design and build your site, make it fast on phones, set it up so Google can find it, launch it on your own web address, make your changes and answer your questions, and help set up your blog, Google Maps listing and social accounts. The chart above shows it all side by side.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. Monthly plans are optional. Many clients keep one so their site stays updated, secure and growing, but the site is yours either way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move between plans or cancel as your needs change.
What does "same day (fair use)" mean on Pro?
Send us a change and we'll usually have it done the same business day. Fair use means everyday edits like text, photos, prices and new sections. A brand-new feature or a big redesign gets its own quote first.
Why not just use a template or a DIY builder?
You can, and for some businesses that's fine. We charge a bit more because every Yippley site is designed and coded for your business, built to load fast and set up to bring in leads. It doesn't look like everyone else's template.
